Ditch the Stamp Collection
Keeping track of rewards and loyalty points is easy with Memble, and you don't even have to bring your coffee card with you.
Firstly, go to either Apple or Google App store and find the Memble App through using the search function. Install the app on your smart device. Once installed open the Memble App and press the sign-up button and follow the process to setup an account in Memble. There is no charge to download and register an account with memble.
To create a business account, you must first have a Memble account to attach the business to. Once you have a Memble account, go to settings and select "Switch to Organiser Mode". From here, you may begin to create a business membership program.
From the home screen press the Wallet button at the bottom middle of the screen. Once in the Wallet custom screen, you will have an ‘Add Card’ button in the bottom right corner. Press this button and an Add New Card dialogue box will open.
There is a set of Pre-set digital Membership/Loyalty cards that just require you to add your Membership/card/barcode numbers to add to your wallet. If adding one of these, click on the card and enter the bar code, front and back images, an expiry date (If applicable) and
then press Save. The card will then be added to your wallet under the Custom Cards Tab at the top.
If the Membership/Loyalty card is not in the list press the ‘+ Other Card’ button and go through the same process as described above.
From your home dashboard screen in the search bar look up the business, if there is a memble membership program set up by the business it should come up in the search. Click on this business and it will take you to their Membership Info Page. Here you can review the business and decide whether to join. If you decide to join press the 'Become a Member' button at bottom of the screen.
If the membership has been set up for the automatic join process, then you will immediately become a member and be connected to this business. A digital membership card with a QR code and link to open your membership up will be added under your Membership tab in your wallet. Inside your membership, you will now have a profile tab, which will present information relating to your membership if applicable. You will also be able to access this business’ rewards program/s.
When you are at the relevant business and making a purchase or whatever is required by the reward program, then in Memble either select the card for the relevant membership or if inside the membership click on the card button in the lower right of the screen to display the QR code. Present the QR code to the merchant/Organiser for scanning. Your QR code will be scanned by the Merchant/Organiser who will submit the details of your transaction. Your rewards card will be updated with the outcome of this transaction.
Memble Version 1.0 editing of the profile is not available. Editing features for specific profile attributes will be available in subsequent versions. However, editing of Email, Mobile, Date of Birth and Gender will not be allowed as they have been verified at the time of account registration. Membership programs set up by merchants may apply restrictions to joining or other membership activities and thus rely on the correct data.

A console will be created for your membership program and your info saved. However, it will not be operational just yet. You will need to select and complete the Memble Plan process and once complete your membership program will then become active and will be published immediately for Users to search, find, review and then join as members. Reward programs can then be added to your membership program for your members to take advantage of.
In Organiser mode and inside the relevant business membership program, go to Memble plan and press the Cancel Memble plan. This action will cancel any further billing of the plan and will keep your business Info-Page published until the end of the billing cycle from which it was cancelled at which point it will no longer display the business info page or allow transactions to take place. Any programs like rewards will continue to operate until the end of that month.
Learn step by step how to create and set up a Memble Business Membership Program.
1. Inside the Membership Program 2. Console in organiser mode select Administrators
2. Select Add Administrator
3. Enter email of new Administrator wish to add that their memble account is attached to
4. If correct Person appear press Add
5. Select Access level (Full/Basic)
6. Confirm
1. Inside the scan station select reward for member
2. Inside the credit reward screen, the Claim bar is one with the Claim + button on it.
3. If there is a reward able to be claimed be then a value greater than zero will appear in the right side of the 2 divided digits. Ie 0 / 1 meaning one reward can be claimed by the member.
4. To make the claim on his transaction press Claim + button and a one will appear in the Claiming this transaction as the digit on the left. Ie 1 / 1 meaning we are claiming 1 reward of the one available.
5. If made a mistake can press Cancel – button to remove the one claiming in this transaction.
6. When done press Process to finalise transaction.
